My home-built Cataloochee hay-feeder box is awesome – it saves me a lot of work and the horses have access to hay all the time which is healthier for them. But now they just stand at or near the box all day and I want them to move around the pasture. Since our recent move to Myakkahatchee I got them a Cinch Chix hay net.
We hung it in a nearby oak. I’d like it farther out in the pasture and I’m worried this branch might break, but for observation purposes, this is a good spot. So far Jubee is a bit nervous around it because it swings like a punching bag. But it doesn’t bother big ol’ Beau!
